Cancellation Policy

When cancelling a reservation we require 24 hours notice to be given prior to the booked reservation to guarantee that the guest will not be charged the full price of any/all services booked. If less than 24 hours notice is given, we will charge half of the service price for the service that was booked. No call/ no show is defined as a guest not showing up for their reservation, and not calling us to inform us that they would not make it to the scheduled reservation time. In this case, we will keep half of the deposit for the service that was booked. WE RESPECTFULLY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ADMITTANCE TO OUR FACILITY AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. By booking a reservation over the phone, in person, or online, each guest agrees that they have read and fully understand all Studio Policies named by Talavera Skin Care.
